Saving Immunofluorescent images: Justin’s file naming protocol

Today I wrote a protocol for how I will name all the file names for the photos I take for experiments. It seems a bit of an over kill to write a whole protocol for it, and I know if I ever show it to someone they will probably laugh at me. But since I started working for someone else I have decided to be ultra organized so that when I leave other people will be able to understand my data. I like being organized, it doesn't come naturally to me, it takes time but it always feels good when things are organized. You could say its empowering! OK im going to stop because I'm starting to sound like way more of a neat freak than I actually am.
